And Manchester city's first goal was never a penalty.

There was nothing accidental about their coming together. Zaballetta dragged his foot into Ogbonna's. The Spaniard initiated contact. Yellow card for him and a free to West Ham. Not that I blame the ref, it was hard to see and clear as Crystal on a replay.

It was a penalty under current guidelines for the interpretation of the rules.
They need changing. It was an accidental coming together, and penalties shouldn't be awarded for accidents
